ARTICLE XV - AMENDMENTS

This Bylaws and Constitution may be revised or amended by a majority vote of the members present and voting at a duly called meeting of the church in which a quorum was present.

This Bylaws and Constitution supersede any other Bylaws and Constitution of Lighthouse Baptist Church.
