Class Parties

Birthdays
If you wish to send treats for your child's birthday, please contact the teacher and tell her when you are bringing them. If you are having a party outside of school for your child, please invite all children in the class. We want to promote unity and love toward all children enrolled in LCA.

Class/Holiday Parties
Parties are at the discretion of the School Administrator. The school Party Coordinator will assign dates and times of each party.

Private Parties and Invitations
Our staff will only distribute invitations to private parties when ALL the children are included. If you are planning a small exclusive party and are only inviting a few children from the class, please do not ask the staff to hand out invitations. The school will not give out phone numbers and addresses of our students.

Parent/Visitor in Building
To ensure the security of our students, any Parent/Visitor that comes in to the building after the doors are locked at 8:30 AM must go to the main doors and ring the bell. The Parent/Visitor must sign in at the office and receive a visitor pass. Upon leaving, the Parent/Visitor must sign out in the office.
